The Victory School now provides 1st to 3rd grade education for around 80 students in desperate need of the accessible schooling we provide. The Mouk Hurn School is our second elementary school located in Mouk Hourn Village. The opening of this school marked the end of a five-year gap in educational access for the children of Mouk Hurn. It is operated by many BFC alumni.
